Somehow I neglected to post about this earlier. Go figure.

Anyway. I'd like you all to welcome the newest little Pofandt -Andrew Rhys.

Born Nov 23 at 7:15am. 8'5oz - 50.5cm

That was a few weeks ago now. He's settling in very nicely. Sleeping well, eating well (a little too well -the gutz). No health problems that we know of. 6 weeks down the track and he's already letting us sleep a full night. He's starting to smile and gurgle at us now which is even more endearing. in all - a beautiful baby.

We're trying to buy a house at the moment, and - Oh! The Drama...

Right now (Sat) we're on the edge of our seats waiting to see if we're going to be able to settle on the contracted settlement date or not. On of the agents has indicated that the owner will not agree to extend the settlement date.

We wait and see...
